The Brief:
Operation Oswego County is a key NYS Regional Economic Development Agency.They manage various commercial properties and market them to appropriate industries.They needed a set of assets, beyond photography, that they could use across channels to maintain a cohesive brand.
Lake Ontario Port
A constant texture was created for the backgrounds, and then a unique foreground was developed for each property.
Airport Property:
Each photo-illustration was designed so that it could easily be reformatted and optimized for banners on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Youtube.
OC Industrial Property:
The creative direction and color schemes were established early on in the project, but the key to the success was in creating a system that could be used for printed collateral in the future.
